Airport bookings

What if my flight is late, will I incur waiting charges?

No. If the flight is late there are no waiting charges. We track all flights and We allow up to 45 minutes of free waiting after your flight has landed. However, Any delays at immigration, customs or duty free shops are not company responsibility and waiting charges will apply.

I have a lot of luggage. Does your vehicle have space for all my luggage?

At the time of booking, It is very important you give us information regarding exactly how much luggage you are carrying . We will then advice accordingly to ensure you are booking a suitable vehicle.

Where will I meet my driver at the Airport.

Booking and changes

What if I would like to make a change to my booking?

Please call us as soon as you realise you need to make a change so that we can review availabilty and adjust planning if possible. Call us on +441582 345 500 or contact us online here.

Can I hire and drive your minibus myself?

Sorry. We do not offer self drive hire service.

Why do I have to pay a booking deposit at the time of booking?

aking a booking deposit at the time of reservations is a standard practice throughout minibus/coach travel industry. All our bookings are taken well in advance and we need some commitment from the clients that they will not cancel at the last minute. If cancellation is made you may loose your deposit. See section 9 in Terms & Conditions

Will you turn up on the date I travel if I pay a deposit up front?

We are a reputable company established for a number of years. All deposits are paid via electronic transfers and therefore you have proof that you have paid for our service. In the unlikely event of no transport provided, you will be fully refunded. Terms & Conditions apply.

How much are your waiting charges?

Can I bring more people than I originally booked for?

You will be provided a vehicle based on the information provided at the time of booking. It will have at least the number of seats same as the number of passengers indicated At the time of booking You can always ring and ask us which bus we are despatching for you.

What are the cancellation charges?

Can we add extra pick ups or drops to the journey booked?

As a responsible operator we have to plan each journey carefully and make sure there are no unease art delays . We therefore require all the additional pick up and drop off information at the time of booking or at least with enough notice. Entertaining Any requests made at the time of travelling for additional drops are not guaranteed.


Is alcohol allowed on the bus?

We discourage bringing alcohol onboard our busses. However, on certain occasions drinking will be allowed onboard the bus but a £75 refundable drink deposit will be required before commencing the journey. The deposit will only be refunded if there is no spillage in the vehicle and all the empties have been removed at the end of the journey.

Can we listen to music of our choice on the bus?

Yes. Most of our vehicles are fitted with stereos with USB and AUX inputs or CD players.

How old are your vehicles?

All our vehicles are relatively new and each vehicle is a pride of of our fleet. We do not use vehicles more than 7 years old on our fleet.
